Bayern land World Cup star Saibari and close on Brown as the Bundesliga window opens up

Bayer Leverkusen strengthened as well, confirming the signings of Portugal forward Afonso Moreira from Lyon for a reported €32m and young German midfielder Kennet Eichhorn from Hertha Berlin, according to the Bundesliga's official transfer centre.
